On April 1st. the reunion committee will provide Southport Hall and Chateau Country Club with estimated attendance figures so there will be enough food and drink for our Reunion Weekend events.  While we'd rather provide attendance figures high enough without buying too much food and drink, we're pretty far away from having a "comfortable" number to report.

 

Therefore, the reunion committee has decided to create an incentive to encourage you to make your reservation now by having a drawing at each of the three party events with the winner at each drawing receiving reimbursement for his/her payment for that particular event.     To be eligible for the drawings, your reservation must be received by Friday, March 25th., exactly three weeks before the first event.   You can only win one time.  Committee members/spouses/guests are not eligible for the drawings.  All reservations made prior to this announcement are eligible. 

 

You know, it will be a long time before we have the next 50 Year Reunion, so we'd really like to get this one right!  We want everyone possible from our '66 graduation class to attend the reunion, so if you've been sitting on the fence about this, hopefully the chance to win back your money will tip you over to our side!
